Moving Forward with Intention.

Every year for the past few years around the new year, I re-discover my power (or should I say: moral compass) of moving in life with intention in everything I do. And I make it a vow to myself to continue growing each year with that mindset.

I have found that helping those in need directly may feel small (at times), but may feel mighty to them. To provide space for someone who is mourning to feel seen, heard, validated cannot be shown on social media, but can be felt in real life.

As someone who calls the San Gabriel Valley home (born and raised), the city of Altadena is definitely no stranger. From supporting historic and small businesses to clients inviting me into their homes for me to run this small business of mine.

It is a simple fact of life that many lives will be changed forever. And as we navigate through the next few days, weeks, months, and years; many may (unfortunately) be forgotten about…

However, with the abundance of helpers I myself have been struggling to find ways of how I can continue to give back to the individuals that have been directly affected and to make small, yet mighty impact(s) for them — besides re-sharing their Gofundmes, directly contributing, and directly replacing their living essentials.

To the families that have "lost everything" in the Altadena Eaton Wildfires; when the time is right and you need a makeup service, I will be here to hold space for you to cry and reflect or simply hold space for you to feel "normalcy" and will 100% take care of your makeup service.

What does that mean for you? To simply put, if you would like a makeup service in the near future*, I got you. I may not be able to wash and blowdry your hair during this heavy period, but I can bring you a sense of normalcy during a lighter time.

With that being said and especially when the timing is appropriate, I will release more information and terms regarding the booking process for this.

Disclaimer: Please continue to support people directly and share resources that can be helpful during these times. Drown out the negativity and politics slander; now is not the time for that. Be safe and be vigilant.
